QPCM Return/Refund Policy

The QPCM certification process includes: Application process, Eligibility Verification process and Testing process. The Application is comprised of 5 sections. Upon completion of all 5 sections, a non-refundable fee is paid to process and verify the information submitted. Once an applicant’s qualifications have been verified and their eligibility is established, the candidate is approved to sit for the QPCM certification exam. In order to schedule the location, date and time to take the examination, the candidate pays a non-refundable Exam Fee. Extenuating circumstances may be submitted in writing to info@qpcm.org or contact one of our examination consultants at 1-888-960-8999.
